Mashed potatoes, 3 ways

Potatoes like you've never seen 'em before! 

The holiday grocery stores live for is nearly upon us—don't think we're any different.

And when it comes to Thanksgiving potatoes, there are simply two types of people—the traditionalists, and everyone else. If you’re the latter and are looking to spice (or should we say... herb?) things up this holiday, we’ve got you covered with simple mix-ins below.
All recipes are based on a standard mashed potato recipe, calling for:
  • 5lb of potatoes (the amount that typically comes in a sack)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp salt (or more to taste)

Miso Potatoes with Seaweed Chili Crisp

with Homiah Seaweed Chili Crunch

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup white miso
  • 3-4 tbsp seaweed chili crunch
  • Garnish with chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds

Purple Potatoes with Yogurt & Chutney

with Brooklyn Delhi Mango Chutney

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 labneh (sub greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp spicy mango chutney
  • Salt to taste
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro, chili flake, and a drizzle of olive oil 

Potatoes Alla Vodka

with Rubirosa Vodka Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 rubirosa vodka sauce
  • 1/4 cup good tasting olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Garnish with fresh basil and grated parmesan
